Another milestone for the UFORCE ecosystem: our Predator Remote Weapon Station has been successfully tested aboard a NATO member state's frigate. During the trials, Predator detected, tracked, and engaged both an aerial drone and an unmanned surface vessel — validating its ability to protect naval platforms against the autonomous threats now reshaping the maritime domain. Predator uses thermal and high-optics cameras, laser rangefinding, and AI-powered targeting to detect, track, and lock onto a target automatically, with the operator making the final decision to engage. Battle-proven in Ukraine since 2024, Predator neutralises up to 90% of drones at close range, engages larger targets at extended distances, and does it all using standard ammunition — bringing the cost of stopping a drone far below that of conventional air defence. It is effective across the full spectrum of UAV threats, including fiber-optic FPV drones, the threat electronic warfare can't touch. Magura sea-to-land strike in Crimea HUR's Group 13 has destroyed a Russian "Pantsir-S1" air-defence missile-gun system (valued at ~$15M) and a military crane in temporarily occupied Crimea — using our Magura maritime platforms, configured as UAV carriers, to launch strike drones from the sea and hit targets on land. A maritime platform carrying and launching UAS to reach inland puts high-value targets on land at risk — Magura is proving that a sea platform can do far more than strike at sea. This is what the UFORCE multi-domain approach delivers: platforms that operate across sea, land, and air as one connected ecosystem, where a maritime system becomes the launch point for an aerial strike on a ground target. It's the effectiveness that comes from our systems working together — not in isolation, but as a single, combat-proven capability across domains. The Washington Post opened its feature on the future of drone warfare with a scene from our facility: a turret that swivelled, locked onto their journalist, and tracked his every move. Powered by AI. UFORCE is bringing the battle-proven MAGURA to the United States, adapting its unmanned platforms for the missions that matter to America's security. In a special report, Fox News Chief National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin highlights the growing impact of Ukrainian unmanned systems—from drones striking targets deep inside Russia to UFORCE's MAGURA sea drone, which has helped sink Russian naval vessels and force Moscow's Black Sea Fleet from much of the Black Sea. Now, UFORCE is taking the next step to contribute to the strength of the US - Ukrainian partnership, one of the most consequential partnerships for the security of both nations: UFORCE is planning to build the MAGURA in the United States. You can strike targets at long range, really cheaply." Last week, following a ceremony hosted by the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States, UFORCE signed a memorandum of understanding with RECONCRAFT, a leading Special Operations combatant craft manufacturer. "This partnership sets an important precedent," said Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States, Olga Stefanishyna, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "I am confident it will encourage many other companies to follow its example and deepen U.S.-Ukraine defense industrial cooperation." The agreement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening defence cooperation between the United States and Ukraine, while helping ensure that battle-proven Ukrainian technologies can benefit allied nations. The MAGURA family of autonomous surface vessels holds one of the most impactful and reliable combat records in modern maritime warfare, helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine drive the Russian Navy from the Black Sea. Ukraine isn’t predicting the future of defence. It is building it. Our CEO Oleg Rogynskyy joined Tom Mackenzie on Bloomberg TV to discuss how Ukraine is scaling autonomous systems across land, sea and air. From thousands of sea drones to hundreds of thousands of aerial systems, the message was clear: mass matters, but only mass that is proven, sovereign and fully integrated will last. UFORCE systems have flown more than 250,000 missions and helped deny the Black Sea to Russian warships, and it is that battlefield proof that turns a drone into a system militaries rely on for years. As Oleg put it: "Once a system does what ours has done in combat, it becomes the one militaries build their programmes around."
