A new addition to our Bristol office - bringing We Rise Together to life. Our new mural celebrates the impact we aim to make beyond recruitment, bringing together the three pillars behind We Rise Together: Charity, Community and Wellbeing. Inspired by Bristol and made up of more than 3,000 individual geometric triangles, the design reflects where our journey began while also creating a space to showcase the initiatives our people support throughout the year. From fundraising progress and upcoming events to the number of trees we’ve planted, the mural has been designed to evolve with us and keep that impact visible. Following the success of our first Leadership Development Day earlier this year, our leadership team returned to Wayland Stables Care Farm for another day focused on learning, collaboration and progress. Away from their usual working environment, teams were challenged to communicate, problem solve and work together under pressure, with plenty of competition along the way.
