  • Learning about Artificial Intelligence doesn't mean a formal course or training programme. In our experience, some of the most useful CPD starts with a good conversation 👇 Now in Season 4, our renowned podcast show "AI for the Average Joe" brings together practical insights, expert guests and human conversations about how AI is changing work, learning and skills. For L&D teams, it’s a useful resource to share with colleagues, senior leaders and managers who are building confidence with AI, exploring what responsible adoption looks like, or trying to understand where the real opportunities are. 📺 Watch the latest season and explore previous episodes here: https://lnkd.in/exKNP9rb

  • Three ways we can help your organisation instil AI effectively and upskill your staff at scale: 1️⃣ We can help build confidence in your people so they can apply Gen AI in their personal and professional lives. 2️⃣ We can help you engage your managers and leaders to instil Gen AI tools across their teams. 3️⃣ We can help you adopt and roll out Gen AI in a fun, impactful, and compliant, ethical way. How? 👇 Through our off-the-shelf engaging video learning series, "Welcome to the AI Revolution". 📺 It's an innovative and practical programme built in partnership with our friends at LearnBox. It provides the skills and assessment needed to build your people’s confidence in Gen AI - cost-effectively and quickly. 👇 Access a sample playlist and get in touch for more info.

  • AI adoption is often framed around what organisations can gain: faster processes, greater output, improved efficiency. But there’s another question worth asking 👇 Is AI helping more people succeed at work, or is it reinforcing the same barriers that already make work harder for some? For neurodivergent employees in particular, AI can offer something far more meaningful than speed. It can create more accessible ways to think, plan, communicate and contribute. 👉 Our recent blogpost explores why organisations need to look beyond efficiency and start considering how AI can make work more accessible, inclusive and human: https://lnkd.in/eFN9qKyE

  • How can our innovative and engaging training programme, "AI for the Average Joe," support your organisation in effectively adopting Generative AI? 👉 By engaging the hearts and minds of your teams, clients, learners and peers as part of your journey. "AI for the Average Joe" consists of three parts: 1️⃣ An interactive, innovative and energetic keynote address to offer new ideas for implementing Gen AI in your organisation or business. 2️⃣ A hands on, productive workshop providing takeaways for using Gen AI across your teams, sharing practical ways that save time, effort and money. 3️⃣ Further insight from our well-known podcast show - providing additional learning and CPD to build confidence, so participants continue with their newly learned skills. Forward-thinking organisations are embracing the benefits AI brings to their people and performance and enabling their teams to use it confidently. And they're partnering with us to help them. 👇

  • What can a Silversmith teach us about using AI well at work? 👇 In the most recent episode of our podcast "AI for the Average Joe", Erica and Hayley are joined by L&D expert and author Andy Lancaster. Andy shares how his background in design, furniture making and silversmithing offers a useful and practical way to think about AI. One example, the planishing hammer, helps make a simple but important point about how organisations are framing AI. 👉 We share more in our latest blogpost: https://lnkd.in/eTxb6mKz

This week another client confirmed they’ve chosen us for their AI champions upskilling! But what’s this, I hear you ask? One of the most successful transformation programmes I ever led wasn’t anything to do with AI. Over a decade ago, when I was Head of Operational Training at LV=, I created and led a programme called Champions for Change. We upskilled colleagues from across the business to become trusted advocates for a major systems transformation. They weren’t project managers. They weren’t technical experts. They were people their teams trusted. And some of the best people I ever worked with. Their role was to build confidence, answer questions, share practical tips, listen to concerns and keep the momentum going long after the initial training had finished. It made all the difference. Fast forward ten years, and I’m finding myself having exactly the same conversation with organisations rolling out AI. I’m seeing organisations invest heavily in AI licences, awareness sessions and (sometimes) training, then wonder why adoption stalls six months later. Every organisation needs people inside the business who genuinely get it. Not technical experts. Not the IT team. Trusted colleagues who are enthusiastic, credible and inspire others to have a go. The best AI Champions don’t just know how to write better prompts. They know how to: • Build confidence instead of fear • Turn scepticism into curiosity • Coach colleagues rather than simply give answers • Handle difficult conversations about deskilling, job security and trust • Demonstrate practical use cases that make people’s working lives easier • Encourage experimentation whilst reinforcing good judgement, governance and responsible AI use. And perhaps most importantly they keep the momentum alive by making everything relevant. We’re now helping organisations upskill their AI Champions with a programme that combines practical AI capability with influence, coaching, learning agility and change leadership. Because the technology may be artificial… …but successful transformation is still profoundly human

  • Is your AI strategy making success harder than it needs to be? In Season 4 Episode 7 of our AI for the Average Joe podcast, organisational change specialist and coach Mike Bedford discussed a more human way of thinking about AI, particularly for neurodivergent people. 👉 Instead of "Artificial Intelligence", Mike described AI as “Accessibility Intelligence”. Most organisations are still talking about Artificial Intelligence through the lens of productivity: How much time can it save? How many tasks can it automate? How much more can people produce? Those are valid questions. But they may not be the most important ones 👇 That distinction matters. Because for many neurodivergent people, AI isn't just helping them work faster. It's removing barriers that have made work unnecessarily difficult for years. 📰 Our latest blogpost shares more: https://lnkd.in/eFN9qKyE.

  • AI shouldn't just make work quicker - it should help us think better! 👇 In the latest episode of our podcast show AI for the Average Joe, Erica and Hayley chat to L&D expert and author Andy Lancaster to explore what happens when AI is used with curiosity, care and intent. 👉 Andy brings a fresh perspective to the conversation, drawing on craft, creativity, research, wellbeing and the importance of knowing how to use the right tools. Together, they look at how AI can support deeper thinking without replacing the human responsibility behind the work. The value isn’t just in what AI can do. It’s in how thoughtfully we choose to use it. 📺 Watch the episode here: https://lnkd.in/e4RmdjZh

  • 👉 What is Ethical Intelligence? And how can you apply it to AI use in the workplace? If you've had to think about either of these questions, then ethics needs to be further up your AI agenda. There is a need to balance innovation with integrity and trust when adopting and implementing AI across your organisation 👇 There's also a need to upskill managers and staff so they can make responsible, human-centred decisions about the use of technology and AI. 🖥️ Our interactive and engaging 90-minute webinar explores the principles of ethical AI use, how bias and data shape human and machine decisions, and what responsible AI practice looks like. • Is L&D building ability while ignoring the capacity to perform? AI is now embedded in knowledge work. The question is no longer whether it will affect L&D, but whether L&D is prepared to change in response 👀 For years, the focus has been on ability: skills, knowledge, content and training. But AI is exposing the part that often gets less attention: capacity. Do people have the time, headspace, support and working conditions to use what they learn? 👉 Our latest blogpost explores why this distinction matters, and why the future of L&D may depend less on producing more learning and more on enabling better performance: https://lnkd.in/eg8vHMea.
