  • 🤯 More than one in five online card payments still have no invoice attached six weeks after month-end. The charge is there but the invoice is still sitting behind a supplier login. Agent Fetch fixes that. It automatically retrieves invoices from software subscriptions, ad platforms, travel providers, AI tools, and other online services, then matches them to the right Payhawk transaction. That means no chasing, fewer missing documents, and a smoother close. And from today, Agent Fetch is live for all Payhawk customers. See how it works and explore the full range of finance-ready AI built into Payhawk: https://lnkd.in/eUSEuNN5

  • At our Future CFO event in Barcelona, we stopped a handful of expert finance and IT leaders to ask the question: Where are you really at with AI? We heard about IT restructures already underway, finance systems being replaced with AI in mind, and teams still leaning on ChatGPT day to day while they look for what's next... Nobody in that room needed convincing that AI matters for finance. What they wanted was a way to make it useful in the work they already do. And that's the gap we've built Payhawk to close: not more AI, but AI finance teams can actually trust. 💪 💪 Thanks to everyone who came and shared their experiences and insight at the event!! (And keep your eyes peeled for the next one, coming to a city near you).

A few weeks ago Ben Waite and I visited the Eagl team in Ghent, and left inspired by what they're building. They have the unmistakable energy of a team creating a business that's going places fast. So I'm thrilled to share: Payhawk and Eagl are now partners! Payhawk gives finance teams real control over company spending. But we believe in the power of connection as a force multiplier. Eagl validates and reconciles every transaction continuously, so teams catch issues in real time and close their books much faster. Finance teams are already using both systems and making radical change, for the better, to the way they work. Thanks to Samuel Van Innis 🦅 & Frederik Bakx 🦅 for the warm welcome and energy, very certain this is going to be a brilliant success!

  • Crossing $100M in annual recurring revenue feels pretty great. But what feels even better is how we did it… Every feature shipped, every customer question answered, every deal closed - that's people showing up and working hard on this thing we're building together! We set some genuinely ambitious goals over the past two years, and made the calls that felt right, even the hard ones, trusting the team to carry them through. Built in Europe and proof of what's possible when European talent aims at a global problem. As our CEO and co-founder Hristo Borisov says: "Crossing $100M ARR is proof that a category-defining, AI-native finance platform can be built in Europe, and scaled to the world from here." The numbers that stand out: → 159% YoY growth in new business → 95% YoY growth in payment volume → 1 out of every 500 business card payments in Europe now runs through Payhawk 499 to go. Huge thanks to our customers for their continued trust and our team for their relentless hard work… guess we're not just a unicorn anymore, we’re a centaur.

  • We created The Court of Resilience to celebrate Grigor's behaviour during maybe the toughest moment of his career - his 2025 Wimbledon injury, and the handshake he still gave the umpire on his way off Centre Court. One year on, he's shown his resilience runs even deeper than we knew. It was a challenging year for Grigor - that’s no secret to anyone. He didn't return to the Tour until October. He withdrew before his next match. 2026 started quietly: small steps and Challenger events. He's said it himself - he questioned everything. Today, exactly a year on, after three wins at this Wimbledon edition, we're reminded that resilience is part of who Grigor is. We saw it a year ago. We've watched it all year since. We've always believed resilience matters as much in our job as it does on court and that’s one of the many reasons we're proud to stand behind Grigor. That's what the court we painted in London a year ago was always about.

  • Hundreds and hundreds of customers upgraded. Tens of millions in euros. No failed card transactions. Last week, we completed the final wave of our EU EMI Infrastructure upgrade — moving customers and funds onto Payhawk's own licensed infrastructure ensuring 99% of migratable revenue. That result is down to the people who showed up for it. Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Payment Ops, RevOps — every team had a role, and every team delivered. Through the late calls, the edge cases, the moments where things got complicated — people stayed coordinated, stayed focused, and kept going. Huge congratulations to everyone involved. This is what great teamwork looks like in practice.

Heading home from our teambuilding in Greece today. 🇬🇷 It was amazing to have (almost all of) the team in one place. It's more than a team I manage. It's a group of friends who happen to work together too, and I'm happy to be part of that. ♥️ Travelling back with a sore head, I'm also thankful for Payhawk. Journey planning was a breeze with our new AI Travel Agent, and with everything connected there's no pile of receipts to sort and submit when I'm home. 😅
