We are grateful for the chance to share a story with you about a courageous child called Grace and we thank her dad Graeme our colleague for trusting us to share her story in the hope to raise awareness and encourage open conversations that support mental health.

Mental Health First Aiders Summer Social Event Friday 15th August 2025 What an incredible time we had at the Mental Health First Aiders Summer Social! The event was bursting with energy, laughter, and connection. From friendly competitions and classic games to the much-anticipated pizza truck, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was fantastic to see our mental health first aiders coming together, strengthening our work community and supporting colleagues along the way. These moments of joy and relaxation are so valuable for wellbeing—and they remind us why our work matters.
