We're recruiting for a Head of People & Capability to join us at Joss Search in London, and it's a role we're really excited about. This is one of two brand new leadership roles we're hiring for, created as we build a business that's bigger than recruitment across the UK, Europe and the US. Whoever joins us will look after the whole of someone's time with us, from their first hello to their fond farewell. We're looking for a Head of Platform & Enablement to join us in London. This is one of two brand new leadership roles at Joss, created as we build a business that's bigger than recruitment across the UK, Europe and the US. Whoever joins us will shape how we scale. From systems and finance to automation and AI, you'll help create the infrastructure that allows our people to do their best work and our business to keep evolving. You'll bring real operational and finance depth, and you'll love the detail while also thinking about the bigger picture. Most of all, you'll want to take ownership and challenge the way things have always been done. In Sivan's words: "One of the things I've loved about building Joss is that every few years we reach a point where we have to rethink how we do things - and we're at one of those moments now.
