We are thrilled to share that Wexler has been acquired by Legora! Wexler was one of Founders Capital’s first-ever investments, and we were fortunate to be among the company’s earliest investors. From the beginning, Kush Madlani and Gregory Mostyn had a clear ambition to transform how legal teams uncover and understand the facts within complex cases. Since then, the team has built an exceptional product, grown revenue eightfold year on year and achieved over 400% net revenue retention. Now, Wexler’s technology will become the fact layer underpinning Legora’s agentic workflows, reaching 1,500 customers and 100,000 users globally. This is an incredible milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. A huge congratulations to Kush, Greg and the entire Wexler team. We could not be prouder to have supported you from the early days.

Portfolio Spotlight: Lightsprint (YC P26) Collaborative software development is becoming harder as AI coding agents move execution into the cloud. Engineers can now move faster with agents, but planning, review and product coordination often remain fragmented across tickets, docs and disconnected workflows. Lightsprint is building a collaborative product development platform for software teams. The platform helps teams plan visually, preview live and ship with cloud agents, allowing non-engineering teammates to participate in the product development process from requirement to shipped code. Lightsprint’s advantage is its focus on the full agentic software development loop. The platform includes visual planning, parallel cloud agents and PR preview environments, so teams can coordinate requirements, review running product changes and ship more collaboratively. Lightsprint is founded by Ben Ong, Benedict Chan and Heng Hong Lee. Ben previously worked as an AI investor and scaled AI products at SEA Group and Temasek’s venture studio. Benedict was previously CTO at BitGo and Head of Engineering at Chainlink. Heng Hong was previously a Senior Software Engineer at Facebook, where he built Facebook Messenger, and led engineering at FAZZ Financial Group. We’re proud to back Lightsprint alongside Jeremy Hindle as part of the P26 cohort. Apply to join the Founders Capital Community: https://lnkd.in/efsCeNDY

Portfolio Spotlight: Gojiberry AI B2B outbound remains fragmented across prospecting tools, enrichment platforms, CRMs and sales reps. Gojiberry AI is building an AI go-to-market team for B2B companies, designed to identify revenue opportunities and turn them into qualified meetings. Gojiberry finds buyers showing intent, enriches and scores leads, launches personalised outreach, follows up, handles replies and books qualified demos. The platform learns from each campaign, improving how it identifies converting buyers, relevant signals and messages that drive revenue. The company has grown from $0 to $2.5M ARR in 10 months, is growing 30% month-on-month, profitable, and used by 2,000+ customers. Customers reportedly see 2–5x more positive replies than traditional outbound, driven by higher-intent lead targeting and an integrated GTM workflow. Gojiberry AI is founded by P-E Lallemant (Co-Founder and CEO), @Romàn Czerny (Co-Founder and CMO) and Dylan Teixeira (Co-Founder and CTO). The team has prior company-building experience, including CoCo AI and Edusing, with Dylan previously co-founding an attendance SaaS that scaled to multi-million ARR before being sold in 2025. We’re proud to back Gojiberry AI alongside Jeremy Hindle as part of the P26 cohort. Apply to join the Founders Capital Community: https://lnkd.in/efsCeNDY

Portfolio Spotlight: Limrun (YC P26) AI coding agents are moving software development into the cloud, but mobile development still depends on native local environments. Teams building for iOS, Android and game development workflows often need access to tools such as XCode, simulators, emulators and GPU-enabled environments that standard cloud sandboxes do not support well. Limrun extends cloud coding agents with the native tools required to build and test mobile apps. The platform provides remote XCode, iOS simulator and Android emulator services, allowing agents to run mobile workflows from any sandbox without developers checking out code locally. The company is already used by Replit, Rork, Momentic, Minitap and other agent companies to support mobile development and testing. For teams, this means agents can move from issue to tested PR with build logs, simulator testing, recordings and preview links handled in the cloud. Limrun is founded by Muvaffak Onuş, who previously worked at SAP, Upbound and QA Wolf, and interned at Amazon. At Upbound, he maintained Crossplane, the open-source cloud control plane, and at QA Wolf, he founded and led the team that built web and mobile testing sandboxes at global scale. Limrun was one of the companies we selected from Y Combinator’s P26 batch. We’re proud to back Limrun alongside Jeremy Hindle as part of the P26 cohort. Portfolio Spotlight: Apollo Atomics (YC P26) Power demand is rising faster than grid infrastructure can respond. Data centres, industrial users and utilities increasingly need reliable, high-density power, but conventional nuclear remains slow, expensive and difficult to deploy at pace. Many SMR concepts also depend on newer fuels, coolants or supply chains that are not yet commercially mature. Apollo Atomics is developing compact pressurised water reactors using an established nuclear architecture already deployed across much of the global fleet. Its key innovation is the compact steam generator, which is designed to reduce the size and complexity of the plant without requiring a full redesign of the underlying reactor system. By focusing on a core infrastructure bottleneck, Apollo aims to preserve the advantages of existing PWR technology, while making nuclear deployment more compact, modular and transportable. Apollo is founded by Assil Halimi and Drew Walker. Assil holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from MIT, has 15 peer-reviewed publications and two patents in reactor design and fuel optimisation, with prior experience at Engie, EDF, Westinghouse, NuScale and Rolls-Royce. Drew holds a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University, previously co-founded Blue Innovations Group and served in the White House. Apollo Atomics was one of the companies we selected from Y Combinator’s P26 batch. We’re proud to back Apollo Atomics, alongside Jeremy Hindle as part of the P26 cohort. Portfolio Spotlight: Aseon Labs Autonomous vehicles can drive themselves, but the operational layer around them is still largely manual. Fleets still rely on centralised, human-operated depots for charging, cleaning and servicing, forcing vehicles to leave high-demand zones multiple times per day and reducing utilisation when uptime matters most. Aseon Labs is building robotic pitstops for self-driving cars. Its Aseon Pods are compact, rapidly deployable micro-depots placed directly within operating zones, allowing autonomous fleets to charge, clean and reset vehicles closer to demand. By reducing unnecessary depot trips and automating routine servicing, Aseon aims to improve uptime, reduce dead miles and lower reset costs by up to 50%. The company is founded by George Kalligeros and Dan Keene, second-time founders who previously built Pushme, a battery-swap network for shared e-scooters and e-bikes that reached 5,000 stations across 40 cities before being acquired by TIER-Dott. George previously led TIER’s 100-person hardware organisation and deployed $300m+ in fleet hardware, after starting his career as a mechanical engineer at Tesla. Dan previously served as CBO at Superduper and led 20 markets at Deliveroo, after beginning his career in M&A at Greenhill and UBS / Credit Suisse. Aseon is addressing one of the least solved parts of autonomous mobility: the physical infrastructure required to operate fleets reliably at scale. Aseon Labs was one of the 12 companies we selected from Y Combinator’s P26 batch. We’re proud to back Aseon Labs, alongside Jeremy Hindle as part of the P26 cohort. Portfolio Spotlight: Nori (YC F25) Congratulations to Dave Zohrob, Harish Agarwal and the Nori team on launching Nori 2.0. Health data is now spread across wearables, workout apps, lab reports and medical records. The problem is no longer simply accessing the data, but understanding what to do with it. Nori is building a personal health agent that brings a user’s health data into one place and turns it into a personalised daily plan. The platform connects data from tools including Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Peloton, Garmin and labs, then helps users understand what to focus on across multiple goals. With Nori 2.0, the product moves further beyond a traditional health app or dashboard. It is designed to become more personalised and proactive, using a user’s own data, goals and constraints to provide clearer daily guidance. The company was founded by Dave Zohrob and Harish Agarwal, who previously co-founded Chartable, acquired by Spotify in 2022. Harish also previously co-founded Octopart, a YC W07 company. Nori was one of 15 companies we selected from Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch. We're proud to back Nori alongside Jeremy Hindle Join the Founders Capital Community: https://lnkd.in/efsCeNDY

Portfolio Spotlight: Tonic Health 9 in 10 Brits are not getting the nutrients they need, while over half of diets now come from ultra-processed foods. Tonic Health was built around a simple problem: many people are overfed, but undernourished. Tonic is creating a cleaner vitamin and supplement brand focused on stronger formulations, clearer education, and products people actually want to take. Its range includes gummies, drinks, adult health, kids health, and targeted support across areas such as immunity, vitality, energy, hydration, sleep, focus, and resilience. Tonic has built a 1.5 million-strong community, with 100,000+ people filling their nutrient gaps and 10,000 five-star reviews. The company was founded by Sunna van Kampen, a founder who leads from the front, who created Tonic after experiencing first-hand how modern diets can leave people lacking real nutrition. However, raw capability, judgment, and ownership matter more than a perfectly matched background. Compensation will be in line with experience. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis. If this sounds like a fit for you, or someone strong in your network, please reach out directly at careers@founders-capital.com.
