Most organisations don't lack awareness of third-party risk. ⬇️ In fact, when we asked security leaders what was preventing them from strengthening third-party risk management, only 8% cited a lack of established processes. Instead, the biggest challenges centred around ownership, accountability and creating a consistent approach to supplier assurance. The finding suggests that for many organisations, the challenge is not getting started, but scaling third-party risk management effectively across an increasingly complex supplier ecosystem.
