What an incredible experience being part of the Genuine Cup 2026! Bringing together more than 1,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities and autism from 53 countries, the event showcased the power of sport to unite people, build confidence and inspire communities around the world. We would also like to thank our client, Tricon Energy, for inviting us to be part of this wonderful initiative. It was a privilege to join them in supporting such an inspiring event. In a landmark transaction, Dentons has advised BIOFARM, a leading Romanian pharmaceutical company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB) Exchange, and its majority shareholders, Longshield Investment Group S.A. and Lion Capital S.A., on the acquisition of Biofarm by Polpharma, a leading Polish pharmaceutical manufacturer, through a voluntary public takeover offer. This is one of the most significant public M&A transactions in Romania in recent years and one of the largest in Romania's pharmaceutical sector.
