Attio’s mission is to reinvent CRM from the ground up for the next generation of business. We’re building a new platform, built on real-time customer data, that allows companies to build the exact CRM that they need — a platform that is extremely powerful but also intuitive and easy-to-use.

Applications are now open for our Graduate Startup Program. Every year we take on a small group of graduates and hand them an irresponsible amount of responsibility. Past cohorts have built systems the company now runs on, put our brand on billboards across London, New York and San Francisco, organised company offsites end to end, taken the stage at industry events, and interviewed some of the biggest names in GTM. This is a deliberate part of how we think about careers at Attio. There is no playbook for redefining a software category, so we hire builders: high-energy, curious, first-principles people who make things happen. You will work with AI at the centre of how you operate, close to leaders across the business, at a company serving 30,000 customers in 130 countries and growing fast. The program runs for six months, and successful graduates move into full-time roles. Roles are open across Go-To-Market, Marketing and Operations. Read how past graduates have made their mark at Attio and apply through the link in comments.

There are plenty of formula libraries we could have picked up. We wrote our own language instead. Daniel Zvara, one of our Senior Product Engineers, explains the reasoning, how the type system works, and how we run formulas in a multi-tenant environment across millions of records.

There's a lot of excitement about what AI can do for revenue teams. Less about what has to be true underneath for any of it to work. Agents in Attio already research accounts, triage leads, flag buying signals, and advance deals. That's judgment work, and agents are the right tool for it. But a forecast isn't a judgment call and neither is a lead score. Those are calculations, and calculations play by different rules: the answer has to be right, not plausible. Formula attributes are live today. Attio computes new values from the data you already have. Deterministic, so the same inputs always give the same answer. Composable, so they build on each other. Reactive, so they update the moment your data does. This is the foundation your agents run on. We built Attio for both from day one. Learn more: attio.ai/attio-formulas

Attio does the math. Get live answers from your data with formula attributes. Be deterministic where it matters, reference across your workspace, and stay reactive to changes. Now forecasts recalculate on their own, pipeline health updates itself, and lead scores stay current. Learn more about formula attributes here: attio.ai/formulas

People who've never written a line of code can build software now. With the App SDK, anyone can extend Attio to fit exactly how they work. Automations that used to need a consultant, or weren't possible at all before, can now be built by whoever needs them. Studio Sessions Ep. 2 Alexander Christie

Super excited to welcome the Inconvo team to Attio. Inconvo built a great way for developers to add chat-with-data capabilities to their products using simple and stable interfaces as part of YC’s S23. Co-founders Eoghan Mulcahy and Liam Mulcahy will be joining our engineering team, focusing on shipping integrations and extensions. We’ve doubled our engineering team in the last six months as our ambition amplifies. With them on board, we can continue to expand our ecosystem at full speed. A big welcome to Eoghan and Liam, we can’t wait to build with you! You can read more about the Inconvo team here: attio.ai/inconvo-attio

We're teaming up with Modal and Parallel Web Systems for an evening of talks on scaling agentic growth systems. GTM engineers from our teams will cover orchestrating agentic GTM workflows end to end, transforming GTM data into agent-ready input, and tracking ROI as you scale agents across the funnel. Join us in London on July 14th: attio.ai/scaling-growth
