  • A huge congratulations to the Bank of Ireland team! We're always pleased to see customers getting to grips with our technology – and seeing the real benefit as soon as they implement.

Certified Winners! The team at Bank of Ireland UK just became AO Management Certified after a successfull roll out of the ActiveOps ControliQ implementation programme. What stood out most was how quickly they embraced new tools and new ways of working. They didn't wait for the finish line to see the impact. The benefits were accruing well before the project even wrapped and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working alongside this team. A huge thank you to Suki Rana and Robert Rogers who set this up for success through their sponsorship and championing of the project.   The Xcentuate team were also delighted that Joe Hunter, Head of UK Banking Operations transformation & strategy, attended the closeout session and spoke very positively about the commitment, time and effort invested by everyone involved. To mark the milestone, my colleague, Michael Hall, had the pleasure of handing out Active Operations Management certificates before a celebratory lunch with the team. Big congratulations to everyone involved. #Teamwork #CustomerService #BestAdvice

  • The use of data in business has a lot to learn from elite sport. As the Official Data Analytics Supplier to Rugby's Greatest Rivalry, we've learnt a thing or two from the Springboks and the All Blacks about how data can be used to drive your team's performance. We've learnt so much in fact that we've written a whitepaper on the topic – with seven habits worth stealing for your own operation. • AI can scale in weeks. Operational control rarely does. As more AI agents are introduced across the business, it gets harder to connect what they cost to what they deliver. And by the time the invoice arrives, it's too late to do anything about it. The challenge isn’t seeing more data. It’s understanding whether every AI outcome justified the cost. See how ActiveOps helps you move beyond measuring AI spend to managing AI operations. Discover how it works: https://lnkd.in/eHaxnfhB

  • The Springboks and All Blacks don't have more data than most businesses. They have a discipline for deciding what to do with it. New Zealand Rugby processes over 1,000 data points per player, per game, across 150+ teams, using AI to work out what needs a human's attention in the next five minutes, and what can wait for next season. The Springboks' performance staff know a player is running on empty on Tuesday, not when he pulls up in the 60th minute. Most operations functions have the opposite problem: plenty of data, no clear way of deciding what it's telling them, or what to do about it today. We've written a whitepaper on what elite sport can teach business about that discipline, and the seven habits worth stealing for your own operation. Last week's Senior Leaders Dinner in Toronto brought together executives from banking, insurance, payments, and financial services for an engaging discussion on the future of AI in operations. The conversation explored the realities of AI adoption, including change management, governance, human-in-the-loop decision making, and the growing need for operational visibility before organizations can successfully scale AI initiatives. Most importantly, the evening reinforced that leaders are increasingly focused on measurable business outcomes, productivity insights, and data-driven decision making as the foundation for transformation. A huge thank you to all of our attendees for an insightful evening! Joy Vijay Santosh | Stuart Pugh | Lesley Lawrence | Sue Bartlett | Steve Vangou

  • Every pass, every tackle, every substitution: decided by data, made in the moment. Business works the same way. AI is forcing the biggest rethink of performance, productivity and value creation in a generation, one created by humans and AI together. The organisations pulling ahead know where their capacity sits, and act on it. That's why we're proud to announce that we are the Official Data Analytics Supplier of Rugby's Greatest Rivalry, the Springboks' and All Blacks' first bilateral tour in thirty years. • Houston – we have a data problem (and three people who've actually solved one).   #Capacity26's closing keynotes come from three people who know what it means to operate where there's no room for a second attempt:    Toronto: Chris Hadfield, former Commander of the International Space Station London: Helen Sharman, the first British astronaut Melbourne: Eric Philips, polar explorer turned astronaut on SpaceX's Fram2 mission   Each will reflect on what it genuinely means to operate in unknown territory, and what leaders navigating today's AI transformation can learn from the people who've always had to get it right first time. In space, the consequences of bad data, poor decisions or broken trust are more immediate than anywhere else on Earth.   📋 Register for your city: https://lnkd.in/d5zQCcfx
