Memnon Capital Africa's decision to join Uganda–UK Mining Week 2026 as a Strategic Partner reflects a broader shift taking place across Africa's mining sector. The conversation is no longer simply about discovering mineral resources. It is increasingly about converting those resources into bankable projects, industrial platforms, and globally competitive value chains. As Uganda advances opportunities across rare earths, graphite, copper, cobalt, gold, and phosphate, the need for institutional capital, governance standards, and disciplined project execution has never been greater. Memnon Capital Africa brings precisely that perspective. 📅 Friday, 11 September 2026 📍 The Royal Horseguards Hotel & One Whitehall Place, London 🎟️ Register Here: https://lnkd.in/eyteGiVC Join us in shaping the future. #UKAIS2026 #UgandaMiningWeek2026 #CriticalMinerals #MiningInvestment #Industrialisation

Gold and critical minerals have moved from commodity markets into the centre of industrial strategy. The next phase of Uganda–UK mining investment begins in London, September 2026 They now shape clean energy, supply-chain security, defence resilience, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and UK–Africa investment opportunity. The old mining model is no longer enough. Extract, export, sell and repeat will not deliver the full value Africa can capture. The stronger opportunity is value-chain participation: refining, processing, traceability, ESG systems, mineral corridors, logistics, finance, industrial capability and responsible market access. For investors, the key question is no longer only where the minerals are. It is where the value can be captured before export. That is the conversation the UK–Uganda Mining Investment Forum must sharpen. ⛏️ Mining Week: https://lnkd.in/eHr5GBwH ⛏️ Register: https://lnkd.in/eyteGiVC 🌐 Website: ukafricasummit.uk 📍 Venue: https://lnkd.in/e6NhJvJB 🤝 Sponsorship: https://lnkd.in/eDwTYG33 📲 WhatsApp Channel: diasporanevents.co.uk 📩 Strategic Enquiries: https://lnkd.in/ezDPtRUc #ukas2026 #UKAIS2026 #CriticalMinerals #Gold #MiningInvestment #ValueChains

Extraction is only the starting point. Industrial competitiveness comes from what happens after mining. Selling raw minerals captures limited economic benefit. Processing them through refining, certification, traceability or conversion into industrial inputs creates more value. It builds industries, not just exports. That is the investment logic behind mineral processing. The UK–Uganda Mining Investment Forum will focus on mineral opportunities that connect geology with power, logistics, compliance, finance, market access and industrial demand. This is where mining becomes a platform for industrial growth. ⛏️ Mining Week: https://lnkd.in/eHr5GBwH ⛏️ Register: https://lnkd.in/eyteGiVC 🌐 Website: ukafricasummit.uk 📍 Venue: https://lnkd.in/e6NhJvJB 🤝 Sponsorship: https://lnkd.in/eDwTYG33 📩 Strategic Enquiries: https://lnkd.in/ezDPtRUc #ukas2026 #MiningToManufacturing #IndustrialGrowth #ProjectFinance #UgandaMining
