The service
TimeLoop plans your day from what you tell it and what is in your calendar. It is a planning aid: you remain responsible for your appointments, travel and deadlines. Suggested times are computed from the information available at the moment and may be wrong when that information is incomplete.
Your account
Guest accounts are tied to your device. Signing in with Apple or Google lets you restore your plan on another device. In a browser TimeLoop is used with an account. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app.
TimeLoop Pro
TimeLoop is free to use. TimeLoop Pro is a paid subscription that adds planning from what you say or type, changes by a sentence, the way to a place and when to leave, weather at the place, look-ups, the morning brief, and more goals and circles. Without Pro everything in your plan stays yours and you can always change it by hand.
One account. Pro belongs to your TimeLoop account. Bought in one place, it is on in every TimeLoop app you sign in to with that account.
Bought in the App Store or on Google Play. The store is the seller. It charges you, renews the subscription and decides on refunds under its own terms. You change or end the subscription in your store account.
Bought at app.trytimeloop.com. The seller is PC7 d.o.o., Linhartova cesta 2a, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia, VAT ID SI95347275. The price is the one shown before you pay. You pay by card; the payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or keep your card number.
Free trial. Where a subscription begins with free days, nothing is charged if you cancel before they end. After them the price shown is charged and the subscription continues until you cancel.
Renewal and cancelling. A subscription is paid in advance and renews by itself for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Settings > TimeLoop Pro > Manage subscription. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Payments for a period that has begun are not refunded, except where the law gives you that right. If a price is to change, you are told before the renewal it would apply to.
Your right to withdraw. If you bought at app.trytimeloop.com as a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days begin on the day you subscribe; with a free trial, on the day the trial begins. To withdraw, write to [email protected], naming the e-mail address of your account. By subscribing you ask for Pro to begin at once, so if you withdraw after a payment was taken we may keep the part of it that matches the days Pro was on, and return the rest within 14 days by the same means of payment.
Assistants
You can connect an assistant of your own (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to your account. It then acts on your word and in your name: what it adds, changes or deletes in your plan is yours to check, as if you had done it in the app. The assistant itself is the service of the company that makes it, under its terms; we are not responsible for what it understands or says. You can disconnect it at any time in TimeLoop on the web.
Acceptable use
Don’t use TimeLoop to process other people’s personal data without their consent, and don’t attempt to disrupt the service.
Changes
We may change these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced in the app.
