Excellent support and onboarding

Excellent support and a very smooth onboarding experience. Our business account was activated within just a few hours, and the whole process was fast, efficient, and professionally handled. The support team was responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. Very satisfied with the service.

5 years with them but we must leave, too buggy ....

Two corporate entity, more than 5 years a customer but once it introduced AI support, the result is awful. The develop without checking the limitation they create, integration is sometimes ectic... It was the best bank but now, pass your way except if you want IT bugs and strange limitation with bad support.

Total absence of support in chat and via mails. 2 days without a reply. THis is not a customer-oriented "bank"

Constant overpromise - underdeliver.

Constant overpromise — underdeliver

Unfortunately, we implemented Qonto not only as our banking provider, but — based on their own presentations — also as financial process software at the interface between banking and accounting.

Their service team is friendly and in general reachable.
But the usability, process details, customer experience and especially debugging updates have been a persistent disappointment. Even if you manage half a dozen companies with them, the platform still treats you like a dummy and refuses to update obvious bugs for 15 (!) months.

The real issue is not that Qonto fails to meet sophisticated or exotic user requirements. The issue is that its own core processes (I'm not talking about the banking itself - therefore 2 stars) and interface details remain messy, inconsistent and poorly tested.

At the same time, Qonto constantly pushes pop-ups encouraging users to connect additional software, activate paid service modules and expand usage.

Our advice: don’t.

Qonto: please go back and do your basic homework first. Invest seriously in UX, process logic and testing before pushing more add-ons.

After all, you are not a lifestyle app.

You are a bank.

Such a waste of time! Never recommend this company

If you are thinkin of using Qonto as your first bank account for your bank company you should just forget it. I tried Qonto when I openned my company because I thought it save time better than go to other local bank like Sparkasse. But After I finished all verification steps they just let me wait forever. Such a waste of time! Never recommend this company

Poor support - No calls available

Poor support, I have tried to call all lines through the dircection system but all of them had the mailbox directly on. The chatbot only forwards my problem but not directly to an agent, E-Mail as well.

Not even the fraud department answered the call, which is kinda unprofessional.

I love Qonto but the support seems to be bad. Saddly, because overall they are doing oky

Horrible company
