Nicole tells Mia the truth is out. Except, of course, not the whole truth since Mia's baby is dead.
Mia doesn't seem very convinced that Nicole is gonna succeed in changing EJ's mind.
She just wants Mia to say quiet. And Mia replies she can't do that.
