When enabled, the information sent is: the site URL, the plugin version, PHP / MySQL / WordPress versions, server software, timezone, locale, memory limit, maximum upload size, permalink structure, whether HTTPS / multisite / debug mode are on, the environment type, the number of registered users, the active theme and its version, the detected page builder, the list of active plugin folders and their count, which of the plugin's features are enabled and how often they are used, Pro/Free and licence status, and the install date. It is sent when the plugin is activated, when it is deactivated, and once a week in the background.
