Send any message to your bot, then press <strong>Find chat IDs</strong> on the Pulse → Connections tab. Pulse lists every recent chat (users, groups, channels) with the exact ID to paste into the settings. Group IDs are negative numbers; public channels can be addressed as <code>@channelname</code>.
