Samsung's lineup. It signals the highest available performance, the most capable camera system, the most refined materials, and the most uncompromising execution of whatever the device sets out to do. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is the first time that designation has been applied to a foldable, and the combination of what the name promises and what the foldable form factor uniquely enables makes this the most interesting Ultra device Samsung has produced. At Rs 19,99,999, it is also the most expensive. The foldable smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite 8 Gen 5 chipset and it runs the latest Android 17 operating system. It comes with a slimmer design, improved camera and brighter and vibrant display. We got a chance to spend time with this latest Samsung offering and here’s out complete review of the same.
Design
Samsung maintains its sleek and minimalist design language with the all new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. The first thing which stands out when you look at the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is how thin it is. Measuring 4.1mm thick when unfolded and weighing only 215 grams, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is the thinnest Galaxy Z Fold yet.
That number sounds like a specification until you hold it, at which point it becomes an experience. The previous Fold generations always carried a slight sense of engineering compromise in the hand, a feeling that thinness had been achieved at some cost to solidity. The Z Fold 8 Ultra does not feel that way. It feels resolved.
