Kolli Hills’ Agaya Gangai waterfalls reopen for tourists after 25 days

NAMAKKAL: The Agaya Gangai waterfalls, a major tourist attraction in Kolli Hills in Namakkal district, reopened on Tuesday. The waterfalls had remained closed since July 17 due to lack of water.With recent rain boosting water flow, the forest department lifted the ban after 25 days. The announcement has brought cheer to visitors, with many thronging the scenic Kolli Hills to enjoy the rejuvenated waterfall.Other waterfalls in the region also remain open, as usual.
