NEW DELHI: A 20-year-old man was killed and his body was later discovered at a DDA Park early on Saturday in northeast Delhi’s New Usmanpur area.
The deceased has been identified as Tohseed, a resident of K-Block, New Seelampur.

According to police, information about an injured person lying inside the DDA Park near JPC Hospital was received at New Usmanpur police station during the morning hours. A police team rushed to the spot and found the man lying in an injured condition.
He was immediately shifted to JPC Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The deceased was later identified.
The crime scene was examined by the forensic team, which collected crucial evidence to aid the investigation.
Police have registered a case under Section 103 (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which pertains to murder, at New Usmanpur police station.
Multiple police teams have been deployed to trace and apprehend those involved in the killing.
