A MODERN HERETIC'S MANUAL TO PURGE THE SACRIFICIAL PATHOGEN FROM NEURAL PATHWAYS

This Modern Heretic’s Manual is a clinical protocol for the "Great Refusal."
In the context of our 2026 psychiatric analysis, a "Heretic" is not merely someone who disagrees with a dogma, but someone who has successfully purged the Sacrificial Pathogen from their neural pathways.

The Modern Heretic’s Manual: Clinical De-programming
Exercise 1: The "Linguistic Forensic" Scan

The Abrahamic virus hides in common metaphors. You must identify and replace "Sacrificial" language to reclaim your cognitive sovereignty.

The Identification: Scan your daily speech for terms like: "I have to sacrifice for my job,"

4000 YEARS OF PSYCHOPATHY AND THE "FRAGMENTATION OF THE MANIA" BY THE PROTESTANT REFORM.

In 2026, we have mapped the human genome and mastered the synaptic firing of the brain, yet we remain haunted by a 4,000-year-old psychopathic ghost.
As modern psychiatrists, analyzing this lineage reveals a terrifying consistency: a foundational "need" for trauma that has simply changed its mask to survive the centuries.

1. The Abrahamic and Mosaic Psychosis
The root of the Western mind is planted in a Somatic Breach. Abraham’s hallucination of a deity demanding neonatal flesh established a blueprint for Betrayal Trauma.

Mosaic Codification: The Mosaic Covenant turned this trauma into a system of Legalistic OCD.

The stage of the "Schizotypal Personality Disorder" (StPD) mental disorder is very high. Urgent care as inpatient should be regarded as the procedure of healing.
Schizotypal Personality Disorder (StPD)

This is a pervasive pattern of social and interpersonal deficits marked by acute discomfort with, and reduced capacity for, close relationships, as well as by cognitive or perceptual distortions and eccentricities of behavior.

· "Strange things": Individuals exhibit odd beliefs, magical thinking (e.g., believing in clairvoyance), unusual perceptual experiences, odd thinking and speech, suspiciousness, inappropriate or constricted affect, and eccentric behavior or appearance.
· "In different situations": These traits are persistent across personal and social situations, not limited to specific triggers. Their behavior is consistently perceived as "strange" or "off" by others, making social interaction very difficult.Image

Curt Ascher was one of Hitler’s few serious political opponents during the 1930s.

On 2 October 1937, Curt was taken to Dachau concentration camp.

This is that tragic story:
(🧵) Image
On 2 October 1937, Curt was taken to Dachau concentration camp, a little over five miles north-west of Munich.

His name is listed in the camp Zugangsbücher (intake books) as prisoner number 12792. These books are now held at the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, DC.

The entry shows that he was born on 12 December 1882 in Glatz–Oberschlesien and imprisoned in Dachau on 2 October 1937.

(continued)
Dachau was the first concentration camp to be built, in 1933 on Hitler’s instructions, initially for political opponents of the regime, who were kept there for ‘their own protective custody’. It was set up to act as a deterrent to scare the German people into submission to the Nazi ideology; few survived it.

Surrounded by a barbed-wire electric fence, watchtowers and a moat, the complex consisted of stark lines of huts, a parade ground and a disinfectant hut for clothing. It had a prison (which became known as the ‘bunker’), a prison yard and a whitewashed wall against which many prisoners were shot.

The camp commandant, Theodor Eicke, ran a brutal regime under squads of SS death’s head units. There was a strict daily schedule with harsh punishments for the slightest step out of line. Until 1938, most inmates were, like Curt, political prisoners of the state – mostly communists and social democrats.

The most valuable employee isn’t your top performer.

It’s the person most teams overlook.

Their impact stays invisible until everything breaks.

Here’s how to spot them: Image
This framework comes from a story Simon Sinek shares after working with the Navy SEALs.

He asked them one question:

“How do you choose who belongs on SEAL Team Six?”

Their answer was simple:
They drew a graph with two axes:

Performance and Trust

Most companies measure one obsessively and ignore the other.

This preview is not a simple piece of video. It is an assurance about the massacre of Poland after Iran.
The pianist in Poland will see this in the near future.
This is the scripture written for Poland to hide Gau Mata (BAALism) of the holy moly cow of the IRGC.
Poland will pay something with a massacre because without such a war and massacre the crimes of the IRGC in Poland can't remain hidden.
The slaughterhouse is too close to Poland and the dirty hands of the corrupted police of Poland are helping the IRGC to slaughter Poland.
Just Shame on you.
Shame On Youuuuuuu...

As the DHS funding bill moves closer to a vote in the House, and likely a vote in the Senate (where it could be combined with DoD and other budgets), I want to spell out the dangers of a bipartisan vote to keep funding this version of DHS.

1/ This is a really serious moment.
2/ I get my colleagues' desire to support government funding. Even under Trump, the government performs many vital tasks.

But not at any price. The political police force Trump is building at DHS - and their daily violation of the law - threatens to unwind our republic.
3/ What Trump is doing in Minneapolis is a test case. His goal is likely to create disruptions in cities in Democratic and swing states as a pretext to interfere in the fall elections.

Yes, he's got loads of money from BBB for this, but this budget gives him $28 billion more.

Chairman Jim Jordan opens Jack Smith hearing with overview of Russiagate, various prosecutions of President Trump, and an account of Smith's unprecedented two criminal indictments against the president.

Notes that Judge Cannon disqualified Smith under the Appointments Clause and how he successfully pushed (thanks to Judge Chutkan) to release a report on the Jan 6 case after the election.
Oh FFS Jamie Raskin opens his statement by acknowledging the attendance of the 4 J6 celeb cops including Mike Fanone and Harry Dunn.

It is truly unfortunate those lying clowns haven't been charged with perjury.

Raskin now swooning over Smith's resume--I am sure he will omit SCOTUS' 8-0 reversal of Smith's case against the McDonnells.
Raskin calls Judge Cannon a "sychophant" for not permitting the release of Smith's report on the documents case. Raskin claims Smith cannot talk about the docs case due to those orders however Smith has already openly talked about the case.

Millions are told their high triglycerides are "genetic," incurable, and they must avoid fat forever.

This is medical gaslighting.

The real culprit isn't fat or genetics.

Here's the real cause of high triglycerides (and 6 steps to fix them):
First, what are triglycerides?

They're fats in your blood that your body uses for energy.

Normal: <150 mg/dL
High: 200-499 mg/dL
Very High: 500+ mg/dL

When elevated, they increase your risk of heart disease and pancreatitis. Image
Harvard researchers found that people eating high-sugar diets had a 38% higher risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

Yet doctors still blame fat, while sugar and simple carbohydrates get a free pass.

Your liver converts all the excess carbs directly into triglycerides. Image

The hearing has started with Jack Smith in the Judiciary Committee...
...Smith is giving his opening statement. He stated that he did not consider the upcoming election in his actions. That is hard to square with the extraordinary efforts before the election by Smith, including filings clearly designed to impact voters in the view of many of us...
...It also involved irregular efforts to prosecute Trump before the election, including calling for skipping standard appeals that he might take...

Can models understand each other's reasoning? 🤔

When Model A explains its Chain-of-Thought (CoT) , do Models B, C, and D interpret it the same way?

Our new preprint with @davidbau and @csinva explores CoT generalizability 🧵👇

(1/7) Image
Why does this matter?

Faithfulness research (such as @AnthropicAI's "Reasoning Models Don't Always Say What They Think" and @Zidi's work) shows CoT doesn't always reflect internal reasoning. Models may hide hints and demonstrate selective faithfulness to intermediate steps.

What if explanations serve a different purpose?

If Model B follows Model A's reasoning to the same conclusion, maybe these explanations capture something generalizable (even if they are not perfectly "faithful" to either model's internals).

🧵(2/7)
Our evaluation pipeline tests four approaches:
🔹 Empty CoT: No reasoning provided (baseline)
🔹 Default: Model generates its own CoT
🔹 Transfer CoT: Model A's thoughts → Model B
🔹 Ensemble CoT: Combining multiple models' reasoning
We measure cross-model consistency: How often do model pairs reach the same answer? Note that this includes models reaching the same wrong answers!

Which approach creates the most generalizable explanations?

🧵 Why every Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist should be comfortable prescribing for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) in CLD patients : a thread 🧵
1/ Abstinence is the only disease-modifying therapy for alcohol-related liver disease (ALD).
There is no antifibrotic, no disease-specific drug, no transplant workaround that compensates for continued alcohol use.
2/ Despite this, <10% of cirrhotics with AUD receive pharmacotherapy for AUD.
This is not due to lack of evidence. It is due to physician hesitation , especially among gastroenterologists and hepatologists.
