Whether it’s about your order, product info, or you just want to share your progress, you’ll get a friendly human reply. (Tip: include your order number or account email if inquiring about an order, so we can help you faster.)

WhatsApp Chat: Need a quick answer or prefer chat? Message us on WhatsApp at +27 60 495 4107. Our skincare support team is available for live chat Mon-Fri 9am–5pm. It’s great for urgent queries like product how-to tips, or if you just need reassurance in the skincare aisle. Look for the little WhatsApp icon on our site to start a chat.

Social Media DMs: You can DM us on Instagram @theprocess – our social team will either assist you or direct you to our support for complex issues. (We love hearing your positive stories in DMs too! Just note, for order issues it’s better to email or WhatsApp for faster help.)
