DISCLAIMER : no back out allowed without a replacement, no refund possible for dropping out after the items are secured, not responsible for lost or damaged items after sending out

- Seller will always be disclosed in the post

- For a pob round during the cb, any information will be clearly disclosed (shop, person benefiting if fancall/fansign, sorting, raffle of unclaimed spot, etc.)

- Pre-claims allowed only in the pre-claim gc ! I will no longer take pre-claims through private DM's into consideration
- After the post is made, claims need to be made directly in the comments. Anything else will be ignored !

- I won't be able to cover many spots or offer discounts for inclusion+pob only ! Any left over album will be either used in a GA or sold (to cover any extra cost or fund covering/material for future cb)

- Payment (in EURO only) : PayPal f&f or Wise, always with the note empty

- Deadlines will be clearly stated for everything (payments, forms, etc.)
> If you can't meet a deadline, dm me/BOTH goms

- If I co-host, please respect both goms ! Take the time to communicate all informations to both goms

- At least 1 reminder will be sent to the gc (tagging ppl on the 2nd reminder if things are still missing)- I accept to store items to ship everything together, maximum of 3 months of storage and to the limit of space available in my bedroom. If I don't have any more space, I will have to send everything that is already on hand even if other claims are still on the way !

- Packing fee : 0,30€/order (can be higher for bigger orders)
- Shipping through Bpost or Vinted, hand delivery in Brussels
> Shipping prices in my story HL- Vinted ads have to be bought within 5 days !
- Doms payments have to be sent within 5 days !> Send out will be done within a week after payment or in batches if there's a lot
> Send out can be pretty slow at times ! I'm in my last year of university, have a student job and I'm a semi-professional horse rider all at the same time, which means that I'm handling GO's in the middle of everything
In case of disrespect of the rules/deadlines ┈ ୨୧

- I reserve myself/my co-gom the right to ban any joiner from future go's in case of non-respect of rules, rude behavior, etc.

- If the sorting form isn't filled within deadline, the joiner will be last in sorting and get what is left (exception made if it's a problem with Google form)

- Payment deadline without notice (initials if covered, ems, custom) :
- day 1 > 3 : late fee of 0,25€/day
- day 4 > 6 : late fee raised to 0,50€/day
- day 7 : claims considered abandoned, no refund will occur


- Bpost deadline to pay doms : 5 days
- a first reminder will be sent 5 days after the doms total and address check was sent
- second reminder sent 2 days later + late fee of 0,25€/day
- 4 days after the 2nd reminder (= 12 days after the doms total was communicated), your claims will be considered abandoned, no refund will occur

- Vinted deadline to buy the ad : 5 days
- a first reminder will be sent 5 days after the ad was originally sent
- second reminder sent 2 days later + late fee of 0,25€/day
- 4 days after the 2nd reminder (= 12 days after your ad was posted), your claims will be considered abandoned, no refund will occur
- items that come back to me if you don't go pick them up won't be resent !
