I took a couple of weeks to travel back to Ukraine, hitting up Krakow, Lviv and Kyiv (and Lviv and Krakow again).

• Crappy weather in Krakow
• Lots of borsch and autumnal weather in Lviv
• Air raids aplenty, cocktails and gigs in Kyiv (and a few hours layover in Lviv)
• 24 hours in Krakow

I decided I wanted to return to Ukraine before the US elections, and before the winter weather set in. As it's still impossible to fly direct, I returned to Krakow first.

A return to Pilio. For the last few years, I have gone to Pilio for my birthday in early July, however at the end of June I was in Thessaloniki and mid-July found me in Kineta, so I didn't feel like I could  go away on the weekend between them. So instead, I travelled with The Boyfriend at the end of July to our usual summer spot.
