All merch is packed with care to ensure safe arrival, but please note that many of our items are DIY and handmade, which means slight variations or imperfections are part of the charm. Every button is pressed by hand, every comic folded at the kitchen table, every sticker stuffed with low-altitude love.

We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or refund.

We’re happy to offer size exchanges on shirts, as long as:
• The original shirt is returned in new, unworn condition

• Return shipping is covered by you (the sender)
We’ll cover the cost of shipping the new size back out to you.
