Identified - We are investigating an issue impacting the Workato Agent Studio Knowledge Bases. Customers may encounter "405 Method Not Allowed" errors when accessing document content. We have identified the underlying cause and are actively working on remediation. We will share additional updates as soon as they are available.

FileStorage Page Navigation Issue
Resolved - After further monitoring, we have confirmed that this issue is fully resolved. Customers can now access FileStorage via the sidebar as expected. Identified - We have identified an issue affecting the FileStorage tool in the Workspace UI. Customers navigating to FileStorage via the sidebar may encounter an "Oops! That page doesn't exist" error. The root cause has been identified and a fix is in progress. As a workaround, customers can access FileStorage directly at https://app.workato.com/files/management. We will share additional information as soon as it is available.
