Please be aware that between 17 March – 23 March, during local business hours companies operating under ESET Singapore will undergo a transition from ESET Business Account (EBA) and ESET MSP Administrator (EMA2) to ESET PROTECT Hub.

Please be aware that on March 18, 2026, between 7:00 - 11:00 UTC ESET Connect will undergo a scheduled maintenance. Customers will not be able to use APIs.
The aggregated downtime time should add up to around 1 hour within the maintenance window.
The maintenance is required in order to release the new version of the product.
