Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Pickleball Lead Attendant to join our team. This role is all about creating a positive experience for guests by ensuring courts are clean, organized, and ready to play. You’ll be the go-to person for players with questions, help manage court reservations, and assist with equipment rentals or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running Pickleball Tournaments 

• Greet players and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of courts, including setting up nets and supplies

• Monitor court usage and assist with enforcing court rules and time limits

• Manage court reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins

• Assist with check-in, memberships, and payments as needed

• Provide basic information about the game, facility rules, and upcoming events or lessons

• Report any equipment or facility issues to management

• Help with light maintenance duties or event setup as required

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
