“Between the A.I.ssistants and the super-sleek CRM, I've more than got my money's worth within a week of starting.”
Daniel · Small Business Owner

Stackedo wasn't supposed to happen.

We came from families that worked typical 9-to-5 jobs. We weren't raised by entrepreneurs.

Small business owners working together with Stackedo

Built from real experience.

Stackedo was shaped by years of building small businesses, helping owners grow, and seeing the same problems solved by specific strategies again and again.

We left corporate jobs for freedom.

In 2017, we left our corporate jobs to start our first home business. It was a big surprise to our families and friends, who were far more traditional. But like most people who take that leap, we were done with the corporate life. We wanted to have more control over our time.

More control meant more freedom with our family. More room to build something that supported the life we had been talking about for years but were too nervous to take the leap.

Every small business owner hopes for more time, more money, and more control.

The day we quit was both a relief and a great sense of pressure. We looked at each other and asked "Are we ready for this?" The truth is, you're never ready.

Three months into self-employment, the leads dried up.

We thought we had done everything right. We had savings. We had profit. We had enough momentum to go full-time.

Then, three months after going solo, the leads dried up. Ads were not fixing it. Word of mouth was not enough. Customers stopped showing up the way they had before.

It lasted long enough that we seriously talked about going back to our old jobs.

But we remembered why we started in the first place: freedom.

So we built a plan instead of giving up.

We needed more than motivation. We needed a system: a clearer offer, better follow-up, stronger positioning, better visibility, and having a way to organize our gameplan. There were countless books about the concepts of starting a small business, but precious little on what you actually are supposed to do.

So we came up with a plan that helped us stabilize and grow. Later, it became the foundation for how we helped other business owners work through the same problems.

We found the owners who benefited most were small business owners who refused to fail, focused on customer experience, and wanted to run a serious business that could create real financial freedom. Usually, they were not missing ambition. They were missing support and a clearer system.

The first version of the system helped someone else.

A few years after our first business took off, a young solopreneur asked to take us to lunch. He had frustrations that sounded painfully familiar: inconsistent leads, scattered systems, unclear next steps, and a business that felt harder to run than it should have.

We helped him map out a plan. A few months later, he called to say he had gained more customers and his business was turning a profit for the first time since he opened.

That conversation led to more referrals, then to a marketing company, and eventually to years of helping small businesses reach their first six-figure year.

The same problems kept showing up.

We worked with business owners who had good offers but unclear messaging. Strong skills but weak follow-up. Great ambition but no roadmap. Some were overwhelmed by tools. Others were using AI, but getting generic output because the tools did not understand the business.

We even helped grow one company that was two months from closing into a multi-million dollar brand. The lesson was the same: when the right systems are put in the right order, the business becomes easier to understand, easier to manage, and easier to grow.

That is what Stackedo was built to bring into one dashboard.

Now Stackedo turns that system into a dashboard.

Stackedo brings the pieces together: CRM, AI assistants, revenue planning, lead tracking, SEO tools, budget tracking, expert insights, and a guided business roadmap.

It is built for small business owners and lean teams that need practical systems, not more disconnected apps.
