Pros: The product is great.
UI is very interactive.
it's very responsive and easy to work with.
The team of Vega goes out of the way to help you.

Cons: There is nothing in this product I say can be considered as a con.

Overall: Overall it's a good product. The whole team likes to use it on a regular basis. The rewards functionality works well with the coupons they are partnered with.

Pros: The Rewards and Recognition product is marvelous. The User Interface is spectacular and easy to use. Team also gives fantastic support and makes sure that they go out of their way to help the client.
The pricing is also flexible.

Cons: I don't think they have any specific disadvantages.

Overall: Overall it's an excellent product. I see a long term association with Vega HR for our HR objectives.

Pros: Intuitive design and their mobile app is a delight.
Rewards & recognition module is very rich compared to the available options in the market.
Rich analytics (and user reports).
For the team: high innovation speed, we received new features every 5-6 months.

Cons: Can't customize email reminder flows, can only set a frequency and trigger.

Overall: If you want to quickly automate your HR processes, it is a good choice as it is very intuitive and users get a hang of it easily. The Learning & Development and Rewards& Recognition modules were extremely mature and helped us quickly setup those processes. VegaHR is like a swiss knife.

Pros: You can view all the Rewards received (which are shared with the entire team too) and redeem the benefits directly into cash or into coupons that I want to. And it has the provision to fill the attendance at the click of a button and also assign your time for multiple projects in case you want to.

Cons: Nothing much found as of now. Right from joining to the exit, it has all the functions visible without much effort.

Overall: It provided a seamless experience, to integrate training modules, managing the recruitment and referrals, leave tracking, and rewards & recognitions as mentioned earlier.

Pros: Very simple interface and easy to reward your reportees, peers and even leave thank you notes for your superiors to make them feel the difference that they have made.

Cons: Nothing as such. The product has went beyond our expectations.

Overall: Constant innovation in the product. Recently launched exhaustive set of coupon stores.

Pros: Extensive Modules which covers almost everything that a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) should have like Timesheet, Attendance, Recruitment, Leave Tracker, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition and even Employee Exit. It covers the overall journey from hiring of an employee to his retirement. It also has a great user interface.

Cons: I was unable to find a con in the product. It is overall a great product.

Overall: Overall it is an excellent product which covers all modules that a HRMS should have exhaustively covering from onboarding of an employee till his exit.
