Pros: While it looks good, it doesn't allow you to set up a specified email for your account, it uses the email addresses you use in the policy generation tool.

Cons: Purchase had issues, then once it went through, lost my link to my policy I paid for. So I had zero access to the policy generated.

As the account is generated using email addresses used in your policy, you may not get that email if you're normally using a different email. Then emailing support, will be confused, or can end up in your junk or spam filter as in my case. So, after emailing 6 times in 6 days, to get a full refund and not seeing any response in my inbox, I emailed again, and finally the email ended up in my inbox. Once I found this out, I looked in my junk/spam folder and found replies, but still no receipt or account email was found when looking.

Overall: Overall horrible experience, the feeling of not being in contact with a website that I just spent over 160 on a customized policy, no email coming into my inbox after sending several emails over several days, was nerve racking. There is no other way to reach these people, no contact form or phone number is given.

Processing errors, should have not used them. But since their site looks slick, easy to use, etc... I went ahead. Because they use the emails during the creation of your policy as your account, and they create custom links to your policy, nowhere on the site does it specify this clearly...if you change pages on the tab in your browser you will lose your digital product that it gives to you in a custom random link and the page won't go back to your page once you click off the page.
