    "Don't waste your money on Pixly Pro AI Photo Package!"

    Pros: Nothing about this product meets my standards. It is not user friendly, there is no product support, it's advertised as being easy yet is anything but. There are no explanations for what things are, or are supposed to do. The explanations on the different packages offer little to no insight as to their differences or uses.

    Cons: There's no tutorial. The app makes no sense. I selected "Fast generation" speed but it is going as "Slow generation." There's no user support. No explanations of what the choices mean (AI Influencer vs Custom AI model, for example). I could go on for ages but you get the drift. I want to cancel and get my money back but that's apparently not an option anywhere! It's STILL acting like it's "processing" and may or may not produce anything. I certainly don't want something that will take HOURS and leaves me wondering if it's even going to work!

    Overall: I just ordered this online, tried to use it. It's frustrating to the point that I want my money back but there's no support to get help from! There's no "how to" or manual to reference, just a "dashboard" that is utterly useless. I am NOT happy, I feel like this is a scam and intend to report it as such.

    Pros: Ripped me off. Took my money and I waited for three videos and never got them. Emailed and emailed support for no help!

    Cons: Took money but no video. Says it is still making it after three days!

    Overall: Frustrated and feel cheated. Support was no help. Paid for something I did not get! Pictures don’t even look like the actual!
