    Pros: The unique features we needed, like full telephony data in CRM and IVR integration with no middleware dev required.

    Cons: The system can be complex to set up the advanced integration features.

    Overall: We reviewed all the options at the time and Dynamics Telephony Phone system stood out well above the others so we had to try it.
