Clockify

Pros: User Friendly and super easy to use! Been using Clockify as my work time tracker. Love the presentation and detail in the report summary.

Cons: Hope they can add a few features from the Basic to Free.

Overall: I highly recommend using Clockify to anyone that needs to track down their work time. Hope they can upgrade some of the features.

Pros: Can create multiple clients and projects within clients. Can track time live or enter time worked. Reporting is easy and helpful.

Cons: The only con that I can think of is the fact that it remains running in the background and sometimes it feels like my computer is running a bit slower.

Overall: Overall, this is a great time tracking app. I have not used many, but this is comparable to some of the bigger name ones and cost is much more affordable.

Pros: I loved how easy it was to use for my business and helped me count how many hours my people were using on products.

Cons: Nothing was bad. I just wish admins could delete people's hours.

Overall: Overall it was amazing due to its ease of use and simple like features, not to mention the admin is helpful too.

Pros: I enjoy how simple Clockify makes my work tracking. I like that I can make live time tracking or add tasks in the past/future.

Cons: Nothing everything is great, I love that the homepage is the time tracker and all you need to do is sign in and press start.

Overall: Simple, easy to learn, easy to review, love it - I have never used it with money input, but just to track how much time I take to do certain tasks makes it very simple.

Pros: Easy to start a timer. If it takes too much time to start it will not be nice to use for small tasks.

Cons: The phone app is a little short on features. This sometimes makes me want to use the browser version on my phone.

Overall: I use the application every time I start working on a project. It is easy to use and it does exactly what I need.

Pros: Generally great! Very easy to learn and navigate. The features are useful and not complex at all. Extracting reports and tracking are easy breezy. Most of all there are no annoying pop ups! Plus you can access through mobile. Highly recommended!

Cons: Maybe just a suggestion, the windows app when I try to log in just routes me to the web based tool.

Overall: The team have been using the app for the longest time now, which only means Clockify have been very useful. It's been a very dependable help for our payroll and timekeeping, zero disputes. Loving it everyday!

Pros: I use the basic version of Clockify and have had no issues with it. It's a great way to run reports for my client, keep tabs on how long projects are taking me, and it's cool that it can integrate with webpages. The app is easy to use.

Cons: Sometimes I forget to clock out. But that's not Clockify's problem! :)

Overall: Would recommend. I have used in an independent contractor setting and feel that it is a great option for those who do not want to pay for a paid service.

Pros: Extremely intuitive. Very nice user interface. Very fast. Superb customer support (this is probably the best part). Lots of good features.

Cons: App is still a bit clunky and still in development.

Overall: Anyone looking for a simple time keeping app, especially a small business, you can't go wrong with this.

Cons: - Sometimes, the time that is showing on the browser's tab is inaccurately showing but overall it's okay.

Overall: Definitely the best time tracker out there. Very easy to use and almost perfect. It might be worth subscribing to them.

Pros: The ease of deployment it has to offer. Also, it's not a very expensive option, you may utilize it if you're a startup.

Cons: There are other options out there, but keep in mind that this is the most reliable option when it comes in terms of cost-benefit.

Cons: I see no cons. My activity in the Clockify is not very often.

Overall: I'm a full-time worker in the company. And I had a proposition to work additionally from one person I know a long time. I told him that I want to be paid by hour and then - I started to look for a software that will help me. Very happy with Clockify. Thank you for it's free for me.

- Memorize previous task to save time when entering them.

Cons: - Easy to get lost in list mode when you are looking for a specific task when all similar task are grouped together. An option to display by time (in list) would be appreciated.

Overall: Overall, an excellent and pleasant experience. Would totally recommend in the future. It's a tool made to be quick, easy to use and efficient when tracking working time.

Pros: Able to capture this previously inaccessible information and use it in different areas of the business.

Cons: N/A, the website works for the current needs of the business.

Cons: - You HAVE to upgrade if you are working not alone

Overall: Clockify gives me a great experience working on freelancing projects but also helps me keep track of tasks that take a lot of time. This also helps me improve my workflows and rethink approaches in further projects.

Pros: - it only takes 10 minutes to learn how it works
- simple and intuitive to use
- user friendly UX
- allows good tracking and planning of the progress of projects in the company
- ability to add billable hours makes it possible to evaluate each activity and assess how profitable it was

Cons: It's hard to point out the downside. Perhaps there could be more levels of categorization depending on the team - while the customer service can record their time based on customers (e.g., 2 hours working on customer X, 1.5 hours on customer Y), the IT team should be able to choose more project-based tracking of time and progress.

Overall: I highly recommend to companies who want to move away from time and project management in Excel to an external application designed for this.

Ability to bill clients with well cataloged information.
Ability to approve/reject time off requests.

Cons: Sometimes when I don't indicate if it's am/pm it can get miscalculated, but that's more user error than anything else.

Overall: Using Clockify as an employee who works a flexible and hybrid schedule has made time tracking a breeze. Its been very helpful when looking to track client retainer hours, and even in scheduling my focus blocks. It's very useful to see total hours worked on a specific project, especially when we bill our clients monthly. It's so easy to switch between projects/clients which is critical in an agency setting where we work on multiple accounts/projects at a time. I like that I can submit my time off requests in one place, and also see what hours I have remaining for the year.

Pros: Loading hours is done very easily thanks to the list of issues previously entered. The integration with Outlook is also very good, since I use the calendar intensively and Clockify allows me to record the time associated with the project of each appointment.

Cons: The reporting tool is good, but could be better.
I don't know if it has a web api to integrate with our systems, if it doesn't it is also a disadvantage.

Overall: Very satisfied with the tool in these 6 months of intensive use. I recommend.
I hope that every month new functionalities are presented, for loading, control and analysis of information.

Pros: That I can quantify how much time I’ve spent on a project without having to keep writing down time spent, now I start Clockify and it records and collates the hours for me.
The analysis section is excellent, I can visualise where I’ve spent my time on which projects.

Cons: Sometimes the webpage throws errors when I start Clockify to record time, but page refresh solves this and Clockify is still recording anyway. This problem was limited to two days and has since been resolved.

Overall: Great peace of mind software to understand what projects I spend my time on and when I am least productive (because haven’t started Clockify recording a task).

Pros: Easily keep track of all your time on projects and clients, an excellent tool to battle managers that manage by emotion by having data at hand.

Cons: This is one product I can't think of any cons for other than they have to wanna charge for it eventually maybe? I hope not.

Overall: Great tool whether you need billing info for just documentation of all your hard work. The ability to use it as a punch clock or manual entry is the best thing overall.

- Helpful for figuring out where my time has gone
- Tagging system is helpful

Cons: There really isn't anything to dislike. Clockify does everything I need it to and quite a bit more.

Overall: I've been using Clockify for 5 years now in various capacities and wish I'd have started sooner. I use the basic features but it definitely has more advanced features that I would consider using if I started my own business.
