Changelly

Pros: An old company I knew about 8 years ago. If they were a scam, they would have gone out of business by now. But I've seen their ads frequently on other reputable services, so I conclude they're trustworthy.

Cons: The fees are not that big, but they exist and must be paid each time.

Overall: A reliable established exchanger where you can exchange cryptocurrencies without worries.
Changelly has been around for about 10 years, so I've known about it for a long time, but used other services before. I liked Changelly and after the terms changed on the previous, I switched to this one.

Pros: Fees are not so large here. Love the support - once I need to ask about my transaction and they answer quickly.

Cons: The exchanger has some other negative reviews and it's strange.

Overall: The exchanger has all I need to changing coins fast. Use it time to time for small transactions. recommend this one.

Pros: Their service awful. Do not recommend, there are too much bad reviews over internet just beware of that scammers.

Cons: That platform held my money 7 days and always reply that my case is under review and reject to return my money. Don't recommend. Update: 7 days passed and I only get reply like:
Unfortunately, there is no update on this issue. The refund is in process.

Now they stop replying to my emails.

Overall: Very unprofessional company.

Pros: Used Changelly since a while to DCA.
Always swapped crypto to crypto, never used FIAT or credit card.

Cons: They scammed my BTC.

Overall: Today for a swap around $100 of BTC, they wanted KYC. And as I'm refusing a KYC for a crypto swap, they just keep my BTC and don't cancel the transaction.

Crypto Customers, be warned.

Pros: There are no pros. $4000 stuck in Changelly for five months. They don't know about Metamask and they don't know about Polygon or Matic. They support Matic ERC20 but I sent then from Matic Mainnet five months ago. I thought, they will return it in some time but even after five months they are talking like a machine same think again and again that they said five months ago. (Its impossible to refund my money and we can't access your funds) When I told them about Metamask Matic Mainnet costume network. they are not familiar with it or its a big exchange and can't do such things that but they didn't return my funds. During my transaction they had clearly written polygon at their exchange page without any notice or anything except ERC20 but that wasn't enough to explain the networks. I sent them polygon but I did not received exchanged tokens and When I asked Changelly support team they said, they will return it once they update Matic at their exchange. They already have taken almost half year with my funds and still not telling me, when they will return my funds like 8 months, year or after five years so ultimately Changlly is the worst exchange I ever seen. Five months and they were unable to return my funds. I am in big problem because of this dead exchange. You wouldn't believe me but Changelly is also one of the most expensive exchange where you will have to pay exchange fee on top of that Changelly fees. Most expensive and lazy exchange, which is also destroying centralised exchanges image.

Cons: Two lived experiences:

1.) I’m very sorry to hear how you’ve been treated by the Changelly squad. In my own run in with them they Kept me waiting 50+ days for $66,000. No coherent explanation during and no apology or explanation after funds were finally repaid. 400+ emails by me to their “security” department. Even now they are saying “there is a reasonable amount of doubt that some of the information provided by you during the AML/KYC verification was either accurate, complete, or truthful” which is complete h*******.

2.) My Matic $4k worth stuck for more five months and they still unable to resolve it.

Overall: Whenever you make transaction, they will tell you complexity of using their exchange they won't return your money. So many people regret of using Changelly
