Pros: easy to use, texting and email in the same window as the notes. tracking is good and has all the features we need for a fraction of the cost of other competitors
Cons: Sometimes hard to navigate, and reports are not always clear or detailed

The interface is straightforward, and it’s easy for the team to stay on the same page with tasks, notes, and reminders. Reporting is helpful for tracking performance and accountability. Overall, it’s a reliable CRM for dealerships that want better structure and faster follow-up.
Cons: like most CRMs, the initial setup takes time, and there’s a small learning curve to get everyone using it the same way. Some reporting/customization can feel a bit limited if you want very advanced dashboards. Overall, it’s reliable and effective once it’s dialed in.

Pros: The UI Is extremely user friendly. Recommend for anyone thats looking to try a new CRM system in their dealer.
Cons: The AI system is not accurate all the time, i recommend watching it daily.
Overall: Overall, autoraptor is a great CRM system that is easy to use. The AI assistant is not the best though.

Pros: I love how it's always asking for appointments and offering a variety of vehicles if their initial vehicle of interest has been sold. It saves me so much time and effort!
Cons: Not much of note. my main gripe is that the contact info is somewhere near the bottom of the customer page when it could just be at the very top with their name.
Overall: Its great and continually gets better, they're constantly adding new features and updating other features to our needs.

Cons: AI assistants can sometimes misunderstand context, make mistakes, risk privacy, lack human empathy, and reduce critical thinking skills.
Overall: Overall, Aisa is impressive, offering fast problem-solving, creativity boosts, learning support, and convenience, but it can misinterpret context, raise privacy concerns, and lacks true human intuition.

Pros: Everything, Very Easy to learn. And they are good teachers. But if you have ever changed systems, it's a task. This transition was great. Then after a few years, I got a hair on my a#$ and wanted to try a new system with a DMS and I cancelled Raptor. I think I mighta been gone for 4 months before I called Jami and like a dog with his tail between their legs, came back, they graciously welcomed me and we're back to Ease.
Cons: Not a full dealer solution for Service, Sales and Accounting.
Overall: I think they have the best CRM in the business for dealers. If they would expand to a DMS and accounting software that was easy to follow like their CRM, they'd be unbeatable.

Pros: I use this every day and really appreciate how simple it is. Everything is easy to find, and it’s incredibly helpful when I’m making my upsheets and keeping them organized.
Cons: One thing I dislike is that sometimes I wish it reminded me, “Hey, you still need to respond to this client.” I get so many notifications that a little reminder like that would always be nice.
Overall: Autoraptor is very user friendly. Support team is always there when you have a question. I also love how easy it is to access the reports to keep track of my progress.

Pros: The Autoraptor team works and listens to your organization, and constantly adds features based on your needs and requests. They also helped import leads from the old CRM to make the switch as painless as they can. While a bit limited, I also like the fact there is an AI chat assistant to help out with basic questions that come up after the switch. If the AI cannot answer the question, you can also request a live chat to get any other questions answered.
Cons: There was a feature that we were told would be up and running immediately, but took a couple weeks to implement. The AI assistant ASIA is great most of the time, but will on occasion misinterpret/ignore some information and confuse the customer
Overall: As someone who has used a couple different CRM's I find it super easy to use. I like the fact that it gives us salespeople more control over their leads, and that it operates more on trust rather than hard boundaries set by administrators.

Pros: What really stands out is the support team anytime we’ve had a concern or wanted to incorporate something new, they respond quickly and often implement updates right away. It’s been a fantastic partnership so far. Highly recommend!
Cons: One area we’d like to see improved is the ability to send or revoke photos and videos more easily but the good news is the team is already working on enhancements in this area.
There have also been a few minor glitches, mostly related to third-party phone service integrations. However, they’ve been very proactive in addressing these issues and are actively working with those providers to streamline everything.
Overall, any concerns we’ve had have been taken seriously and handled quickly, which makes a big difference.Overall: We recently started using AutoRaptor at Cochrane Nissan, and the experience has been outstanding. The advanced AI technology has significantly improved how we manage and follow up with leads, and we've seen great success because of it. The system is very streamlined and easy to use.

Pros: it helps me follow up with my customers from different sources of communication. I like that if different users are texting the same client, it creates different chat bubbles. I liked the email section as well. It's quick and easy to use.
Cons: it was hard to adjust to AutoRaptor from what I was using at first but i got used to it in a week.
Overall: easy to navigate, great filtering system for finding previous clients. Simple layout for your analytics and reports, as well as daily lead tracking. I recommend using AutoRaptor.

Pros: It was user-friendly everything pops up appointments i’ve been in the sales for the last 30 years. Worked a lot of CRM‘s this one’s really great everything at your fingertips easy to pass the lead to your colleague for follow ups wonderful system like I said I would recommend it to anybody.
Cons: There really no cons to it I think it’s a great tool for the industry. Lotta dealerships should use it but they don’t. They rely on the old methods those methods don’t work anymore so I definitely recommend them to any dealership.
Overall: Simplicity really easy to use I would recommend it to any dealership I think one thing about a CRM it should be user-friendly. Be able to post pictures call customers from the CRM.

- templates for quick responsesCons: - individually opting out of messages. If I send a bulk message to all people, there should be a way to unselect the 'sold/delivered' individuals. Spamming them with marketing information negates their experience as an individual that purchased a car
- too many pop ups through the home page that interrupt my business flow
- image size restrictionsOverall: Effective tool for our dealership, nothing I'm overjoyed with in particular, but it gets the job done.

Pros: Extremely easy to use, excellent customer support, strong lead management & communication tools, reliable and user‑friendly.
Cons: the basic day to day functions are so easy to use but the deeper features do require a bit of digging and learning to fully grasp all the extras that a lot of people miss
Overall: AutoRaptor is a top‑tier choice for dealerships that want a straightforward, dealership‑focused CRM with excellent support and strong lead‑handling capabilities. It’s not the most automation‑heavy CRM on the market, but its ease of use and industry‑specific features make it one of my favorite CRMs I have ever used.

Pros: AutoRaptor helps with staying in contact with our customers. We've recently added the AI feature which is absolutely amazing. It takes on the role of communication when we aren't always available to send a text back to them.
Cons: There really isn't anything that i'm not happy with.
Overall: The features of autoraptor are fantastic. Easy to use and great access to customers. The AI is great when you aren't available to reach back out to customers yourself.

Cons: No complaints, we have used it for a short period of time. But overall, very pleased!
