Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One feature of Zoho Mail that fully elevates it beyond the competition is its ability to automatically send emails with attachments that are hidden in my inbox as internal alerts about emails that are waiting for my response. The next function is Schedule email, which is extremely generic but still vital. Sending birthday wishes to coworkers at the appropriate time makes life easier. Pricing: 25MB of attachments and 5 GB mailbox is great for an Gmail alternative, competitive pricing if you're a business. Ease of use: Zoho Mail has an excellent UI, which I like more than Gmail and other alternatives. Zoho Mail is an incredible solution that allows very small businesses the ability to have professional email at no cost. I like that I can set up folders to segment my emails. I am able to connect Zoho Workdrive and attach files to and from email. It's very easy to compose new messages and delay sending them if you like. Tons of features, Easily customizable, Very affordable and reliable. I've used it for several customers and have had no problems or complaints. Cons When I send an email to a group of people, I include the name of that group in the subject line. And the email I send is returned to my inbox if I am a member of that team. In other words, I'm getting a response to the email I wrote to myself. I absolutely detest this feature. Intelligent Filters: When I was setting up my account, every e-mail sent would go to a filter, annoying for me, but you can remove those filters. IMAP/POP: I prefer to use Thunderbird, but on the free plan, you can't use IMAP or POP. There are some limitations, the biggest being the inability to use IMAP or POP. The search function is horrible. Coming from Gmail, it's a night and day difference. Often times I struggle to find an email that is needed. The platform can be a little challenging getting to where you need to be, but once used to it I've had no problems.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Lot of mail Accounts from different providers. eM Client just works! Many ways to filter mails, to organize junk mails etc. And, also a calendar and addresses are included. So everything you need :) For me, eM Client has a well-balanced range of functions, but is not as overloaded as Outlook. The program is easy to use, considering the variety of functions. I was really satisfied with version 9. ► All the features that you need to e-communicate everyday using multiple e-mail accounts ► Everything you may reasonably want to adjust can be adjusted ► Robust desktop app ► The UI is not just friendly – it is more: professional, efficient, reliable ► Setting up accounts is a breeze and transferring the set up from the desktop to mobile device in no time via QR code... a touch of magic Simple to use and download. Easy to follow menu and to set up email accounts. I do not need a complex app, just something to download my emails, view, delete and manage pesky spams. The ease of use and absolutely huge amount of features that you get with this email software is mindblowing. And the possibility to get this with a lifetime purchase is very rare and much appreciated. Cons Sometimes I get timeouts but I have no idea why. The provider is available, everything seems to be fine but eM Client is not able to connect, while thunderbird is. And sometimes it gets stuck loading an email. The computer is online but the eM Client doesn't seem to be able to connect and to show the mails content. I use eM Client on Macintosh computers and my most important argument, the frequent crashes, is based on the experience under MacOS. I cannot judge the behavior under Windows. Since version 10, eM Client keeps crashing, at least once a week. This can even happen when I leave the computer, when I come back I am told that eM Client has crashed. This gives me a bad feeling, especially because after restarting the program, the database is first checked and then repaired. If something goes wrong there In any case, I have never experienced such crashes with other e-mail clients that I used before switching to eM Client. Version 10 of the program was released a few months ago. Apparently the programmers are not able to get the problem under control. In addition, a support request ended with an unacceptable answer. Either the employee didn't know his way around or he didn't feel like dealing with my request. ► It took me a long time to discover this tool exists As I am not tech minded, have not come across any features that are of concern. Shortcuts good be more prominent and readily available but overall very easy to use and nothing to complain about. I received some server error during the first couple of days that made me hesitate on the service but after a call with great support the issue was resolved and now I am a lifetimer.
