Cons While they usually roll out updates and patches on time, sometimes you might be waiting too long. It's not a deal-breaker, but let's be real—who loves waiting around? Overall, though, it's an exciting product they've got going on. A more guided onboarding process for new users could improve the overall experience. There isn't anything specific. No negative feedback as of now. We are happy with the features and user experience so nothing to list here. So it's not a con, they are new to the market, and getting started takes some time but their tech is far better than other key players in the same space.
