	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It offers Intuitive design and features for communication. It has multi-platform support, which makes it easy to connect with mobile and desktop. It also offers a file-sharing option. (+) Multi-application, mini-apps, and support to many features is a definite plus. (+) Easy to use and very interactive interface. (+) Integration with various other businesses. (+) Easy to setup. I use WeChat to communicate with classmates in some culture clubs at university. I prefer FB Messenger groups to WeChat groups though, because I find that WeChat makes my older Android phone laggy. It's pretty cool how WeChat had payment options and miniapps long before most western messaging apps though. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about the con. (-) Not as fast as regular communication applications. (-) Privacy is not up to the mark. (-) Improvements on the collaboration interface. Makes phone laggy, is memory intensive, can make phone hot to the touch after ~10 min of calling someone via WeChat. Supposedly is monitored by the Chinese government.
