Customizable. - Portal independent - Combines all modules that are relevant for me (email management, - property management, task management, project management and much more) - Makes my everyday work easier - Great support from the personal sales contact person and support- team - Online availability: You don’t need to download a program - A wide range of functions - Many automatization options (processes, request management, etc.) - Not bound to any portal - Easy creation of exposés - Great team behind the scenes - Good documentation of the software, many webinars and videos for instruction Cons - design of the interface is outdated - loading time is sometimes too long - The app is still expandable - Setup takes time due to high complexity Software has a lot of settings that you have to deal with, but the support is always helpful and there are lots of training offers. Possibly the long waiting times in the support line are to be mentioned here, but these show on the other hand that a lot of time is taken for the individual problems of the clients. - To use all functions efficiently, you have to invest some time in the beginning, but it's worth it - The app still has a few weak points - The e-mail management offers only the basic functions
