	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It syncs Paychex and Toast. Custom pooling. The reports are nice to get - you can monitor things from a high level - such as labor to sales, absences/tardiness, hiring/terminations, etc.. We were assigned an onboarding specialist, which was helpful. They seemed to know it all, and have answers. After set up, they even did a couple troubleshoot calls, which was helpful, so we could get the system working the best way. The system tracks sick time and vacation time. The employees can request their own time off, and they can set the availability, and pick up shifts if they are offered. There are no pros to share. Cons Front end schedule seen by employees isn't as nice as the back end, especially on the app. No syncing an employee's working schedule to Google Calendar, just events. There is no face recognition or thumb print setup when signing in on the iPhone app. Frequent problems. Slow, unreliable. Low quality. High usage. Lack of support. Printer problems. Credit card reader issues. Outdated system.
