	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I just love that I can get instant payments when I clock out from my shift because getting paid twice a month sucks this really helps me out for upcoming bills and food and transportation. Cons Well the dislike is the fee I feel like if it's money I work for why is there a fee.
