Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, by being able to search a part number or by being able to zoom in and out of machinery, to locate individual parts. The three dimensional machine pictures are very easy to navigate and makes finding parts required quick and easy. Also being able to have both look up and ordering in one site is great. Ease of use is amazing and don’t have to deal with people on the phone. Such quick delivery and easy to add parts to the cart! Easy to find categories you need, 3d parts diagrams really good to see complete breakdown of parts and identifying whats needed. Cons When zooming in and out, and moving the screen around it can be sensitive and go too far in occasionally. With slower Internet connection the more detailed pictures can be slightly sluggish to respond. The other products that I own isn’t on the site but I think they will be added. Other than that It was so easy to use! Sometimes hard to control the movement of the diagrams.
