Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My Intranet is pretty easy to configure. We started to use it only few days after the subscription. Right now, we are using it for leave management and time tracking. It allowed us to save hours of admin time and also to become more efficient when it comes to planning resources and reporting time. The application can be used as simple or as detailed as you wish with many features available, if you wish to use them. Cons The solution does a lot of things. It is very complete. So at the beginning, you need to take a bit of time to understand what it does versus what you need. But the support really helped us on that. Can be quite cumbersome to initially set up, a better UI or a sort of installation wizard would go well.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy and efficient to use. Relatively easy to set up. We are using the accounting, HR, and payroll features. Beginner friendly, easy to navigate the site, easy to fix mistakes and LOVE the free learning tools to help setup different aspects. Sage HR does the job well. Great technical support and lots of training videos. The process of sending the journals into your accounting system is easy and seamless. Major plus: includes Quebec Payroll, which was surprisingly difficult to find. I like that you can go back and correct a payroll run. Time off module helps track staff offs way easier than Excel sheet when there are less than certain number of staff for the company, easy to follow screens. Cons No cons so far. We are using the accounting, human resource, and payroll modules. Wish i could take an entire course on sage accounting, fee isn't a one fee for everything , you do have to pay for extras like payroll. Can’t figure out how to use timesheets yet. I need to bill clients but difficult to set up or can we???? I shall research. There is a learning curve, even with all the help files, especially since I have never used a payroll software before. For now, I put Ease as just ok because I am not yet comfortable with all the functions. I have to get over the fear of losing all my information since all of this is on the cloud. Price for timesheet is more than what we would pay for other software.
