Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive drag & drop interface to easily build online stores, Good selection of themes & design customization options, Built in CRM, Email marketing & other small business tools. Company and folks are always very helpful. We have cut our price book efforts by up to 75% with using QS software and support. Great product and people. Having the ability to automate the process of spec sheets, price lists, and custom spreadsheets is such a time saver! This process went from weeks to days. - Great product that enhances our business - Solution oriented in their approach - Responsive to requests and with support - Knowledgeable team and great to work with them MarketStudio (formerly CatalogStudio) was easy to configure and load. Support was great; any time we reported a technical issue we received a response in less than a business day, usually in a few hours. The support team is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Cons Hosting & transaction fees can get costly for scales stores, Lack of niche ecommerce features compared to advanced platforms. I really do not have any thing poor to say about product or people at QS. The only issue we have experienced is they can be slow to provide invoices for serves they have performed. Online data entry can be a bit clumsy. But, using export and import functions help to streamline process. - I can't think of anything. We have been very happy with their software. Performance could sometimes be slow, particularly when large amounts of data are loaded. It is missing some advanced features compared to more expensive PIM solutions, but new features are being added with every release. If you have specific features you require, I would recommend getting a demo to make sure it has them all.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
