Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We're a small HVAC company with four technicians. Previously, we kept our schedules in a Google spreadsheet, and technicians were constantly going to the wrong places. With Orcatec, the dispatcher sees everyone on one dashboard, and we close the invoice right at the client's home, with payments arriving the same day Enhanced Efficiency; Accessibility and Convenience; Real-Time Insights; Scalability; Customer Support. Personalization of the application to the services that our company provided. We have spent time with admin, who gave us a guide with all features and settings. The application for phone and web versions is super easy to use. Once we have done settings, in just a moment we can create and close projects for our clients. Using Orcatec saved us a lot of time. Very good app! We use it for dispatch, invoice creation, our payments and accounting and messaging with the clients. Previously our dispatchers couldn't see the communication with clients in one place since it was via simple SMS. Now I can see the client info, his properties, appointment information and much more. The user interface is clear, has desktop app, has also mobile app, the company listens to its users and make updates to the software pretty quick. Seems like there is always something new to learn and include in to your system! Cons The mobile app is still inferior to the desktop in terms of administrative actions; some permissions settings are not available on the mobile app Users may find that it takes some time to fully understand how everything works within the app, but then it becomes more clear and easier than ever, allowing for smoother navigation and utilization of its features over time. I find application and services useful. Support always available. Was kind of difficult to get used to the system, especially for our techs. But seems like everyone got used already. There's still a few buttons that need to be accessible a little easier. It requires some time to take full advantage of all its features.
