The real-Time Analytics Feature of We360.ai has helped us to improve the performance of the workplace. The Real-Time Analytics feature of We360.ai allows tracking of on-going activities of the employee screen. With this feature, you can analyze which platform URL and application employees are spending time on. If that platform is productive for the workplace you can label it as productive. With the domain blocking feature we can restrict the use of unproductive platforms. With the help of We360.ai, I can manage the team assignments and tasks from remote locations. Being a Project manager a few times I have to travel. During this, with the help of We360.ai, I can get real-time updates and reports. This feature also gives suitability to remote workers. In the productivity feature where one can check the productivity of the employee, in this section We360.ai should include the section of recognizing the employees whose productivity is appreciable as Employee of the Month or Best Performer. In the Screenshot feature of We360.ai, we can able to check the ongoing activity of the employee screen. One can even download them.
