Pros from Real Users Pros The Global Vision Technologies team was great with setting up meetings to customize the platform. Overwhelming at first; however, the GVT support team in place has been instrumental in anticipating our needs. Management responded quickly to any concerns and aided in prompt solutions. The program does so much more than we originally thought. FAMCare is really very user friendly and the new additions for this year are AWESOME! As a supervisor the new dashboard makes my daily reviewing of my team so much easier and I actually enjoy logging into FAMCare now. The new reports that can be run and the calendar feather is great. The team is also enjoying the ease of the system this year as well. The FAMCare support is also amazing. Any questions that we have, they answer in a very timely manner and the Help desk is always on it and gets any questions answered for our team and if an issue arises, they fix it almost always on the same day, and usually within the same hour as it being reported. This is huge for our daily job function.		Pros from Real Users Pros For our legal advocacy nonprofit, NewOrg is the core of our case management process. Its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and comprehensive platform make it possible for us to use one system to manage both case and donor activity. The highly customizable design allows our team to adapt forms, workflows, and reporting tools to match our changing program needs easily. The system supports efficient case and contact coordination with robust reporting features – all in a secure environment. As a nonprofit, we researched a lot of softwares before choosing NewOrg. NewOrg was the only platform we found that met both our budget and our "wish list" features. If we could do it all again, we would choose NewOrg. We’re incredibly grateful to the NewOrg team for their hands-on support throughout our onboarding process. From day one, they took the time to truly understand our nonprofit’s mission and unique needs. Their team walked us through every step, ensuring we felt confident and supported as we built out a case management system tailored specifically for our organization Custom Reporting Customization of Features Ongoing support/ customer service Budget management and reporting Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff. The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before. Their customizable software has greatly enhanced our client management system, making our processes more efficient and seamless. Working with the NewOrg team was always a pleasure. Nicholas was attentive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to address our questions and concerns, going the extra mile to ensure we maximized our system's capabilities. I highly recommend NewOrg for any organization looking for a reliable supportive partner in data and case management. Professional and pleasant service, with smooth implementation process. The product is highly customizable and competitively priced. A great fit for not-for-profit and human services organizations. The price point for NewOrg is the best we could find. The functionality and features are as good as the competition and the implementation was extremely easy. The customer support has been phenomenal.
