Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy for our employees to use. App is easy to install easy to use . We have a small company of about 25 people and it is easy to track all the comings and goings. Humanity is a smart employee scheduling software. It operates in various industries like Healthcare, Call center, Retail, Hospitality, Universities, Fitness etc. Clean UI. It generates reports and Payroll feature allows you to create days/time data without any errors. Easy to use. Provides free trial for 30 days. Very supportive and proactive customer service. Cons The reporting on here could be a little more in depth. When printing out a time sheet you can either print it with the break or without but it doesn't tell you that a break was taken. Using Humanity we can schedule our staff by location, department, time, skills and position. Working perfectly so no drawback till now.
