The platform offers customizable reports that track course completions, renewal dates, and certifications, streamlining compliance audits and providing quick insights for regulatory purposes. User-Friendly Course Creation and Customization: SkyPrep’s course builder is highly intuitive, allowing us to quickly design and customize courses for different roles and departments. Features like customizable templates, multimedia support, and interactive quizzes enhance learner engagement. This flexibility allows us to tailor training to fit specific needs, ensuring relevancy and maximizing knowledge retention. Real-Time Customer Support: SkyPrep's customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making onboarding and issue resolution smooth. Their support extends beyond troubleshooting, often advising on best practices and ways to optimize the platform for our organization’s unique needs. This real-time support has been essential in effectively maximizing our use of SkyPrep's features. AI features allowed us to set up customer scenarios which employees are likely to face with a real-life guest. We can monitor these scenarios ahead of time before the employee gets in front of our guests. My team implemented the platform in a very short time. It guarantees us a top level management of the Learning Management system. It's very easy to produce any report we need and we can take data-drive decisions on every aspect of the training process and the business development in this area of activity. Cons A common drawback with SkyPrep is that some advanced customization and automation features can feel less intuitive at first, particularly for administrators who are new to the platform or coming from more heavily configurable LMSs. Certain workflows may require support guidance rather than being immediately self‑evident, which can add to the initial learning curve. This is typical of robust LMS platforms. Nothing; our experience has been, and continues to be, very positive. I would advise others to strongly consider SkyPrep. Here are three areas where SkyPrep LMS could improve: Bulk Content Management: Updating or uploading large volumes of content can be cumbersome. A more streamlined batch-upload feature or content library management tool would save time, especially for organizations with extensive training libraries. Advanced Gamification Options: While basic gamification exists, adding customizable achievements, enhanced leaderboard settings, and more interactive elements could further boost learner engagement, particularly for long-term training programs. Deeper Analytics and Predictive Insights: Although reporting is robust, advanced analytics on learner behaviour and predictive insights would be valuable for identifying potential gaps in training effectiveness and making proactive adjustments. Integrations were difficult, but it wasn't always the fault of SkyPrep. Nothing to say about this, the new CMS gives great solutions for content creation and management, thus solving a former area of improvement.
